Requirements

3+ years of dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager experience, managing Workers’ Compensation commercial accounts
Property & Casualty License
Knowledge of complex insurance terminology, concepts, and Workers' Compensation coverages and servicing
Proficiency with Insurance Agency Management Systems
Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact, offering support and expertise on complex commercial insurance needs.
Own the entire policy lifecycle, including processing binders, endorsements, and critical certificates.
Ensure proper file documentation, data integrity, and adherence to compliance standards.
