Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
2-3 years of experience in commercial lines account management or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel and a strong interest in leveraging technology and AI for process improvement.
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based client interactions.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with EZLynx software is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of commercial insurance policies, including billing, payments, and servicing.
Handle Certificates of Insurance (COIs) with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with client needs.
Provide exceptional customer service by confidently addressing client inquiries and resolving issues over the phone.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy management and client satisfaction.
Utilize technology, including tools like Excel and pivot tables, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Stay informed about advancements in AI and technology to enhance service delivery.
