Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial lines agency experience.
• Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
• Strong communication skills; must be professional, well-spoken, and client-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
• A caring and knowledgeable approach to client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist book of mid-to-large market accounts, with premiums ranging from $50,000 to $500,000.
• Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for support on quoting and renewals.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and utilize Applied EPIC software for account management.
• Uphold the company’s professional and flexible culture while delivering exceptional client service.
