About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This opportunity offers the chance to manage and service a book of small business commercial accounts in a collaborative, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy building strong client relationships while providing comprehensive account management and renewal support.
Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Minimum of 1 year of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
- Captive agency experience is acceptable.
- Agency-side Commercial Lines experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with AMS360 is preferred.
- Strong client service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of small business commercial accounts, providing A-Z account servicing.
- Handle all aspects of account renewals and ongoing client service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted point of contact.
- Quote and process renewal business using AMS360.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure efficient account management and exceptional client service.
