Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.

  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A coaching mindset with a focus on team development and growth.
  • Strong ownership and follow-through on tasks and commitments.
  • Composure under pressure, especially during tight deadlines or challenging client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ranging from $100 to $100,000 in size.
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
  • Uphold the company’s values of teamwork, ownership, and client-first service.
