About The Position

The Commercial Lines Account Manager supports the sales of and provides service for commercial insurance customers. The role handles customer changes, updates, and value-added services, manages a diverse book of house accounts, and supports designated sales staff. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring insurance experience and an active Property & Casualty license.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty license required.
Insurance experience required; one year of insurance experience is specified.
Ability to manage different projects and tasks successfully in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and calmly, verbally and in writing, while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Ability to plan and operate in an organized manner.
Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.

Responsibilities

Answer clients’ questions regarding payments and notices.
Process endorsements for clients.
Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
Support designated sales staff.
Review and respond to renewal activities.
Follow up and see tasks through to completion.
