We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. Can you deliver exceptional customer service? Our agency in Knoxville, TN is growing and looking to hire someone to provide excellent customer service to an established book of business. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about building relationships with clients, will collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement, and will demonstrate the value Superior Insurance Partners can provide.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years client service experience working with commercial lines insurance.
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Experience with agency management systems- Applied Epic preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Quoting, endorsements, certificates, and will own the renewal process.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
