Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager experience (managing a diverse book of general commercial accounts)
Active Property & Casualty License
Exceptional working knowledge of complex insurance terminology, concepts, and commercial coverages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and related Agency Management Systems.

Proficiency in AMS 360 preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the point of contact for clients and producers, providing counsel on their complex commercial insurance needs.
Assume full accountability for all key policy activities, including processing binder requests, endorsements, policy issuance, and generating critical certificates.
Verify all critical client data (premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, etc.), ensuring meticulous file documentation and adherence to compliance standards.
Deliver proactive solutions regarding product, pricing, and availability, translating complex information into clear, quantifiable client value.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the prompt and complete delivery of solutions that consistently satisfy customer needs.
Build and maintain positive client relationships by operating as a trusted advisor, fostering an environment of high-level trust, and securing long-term partnerships.
