About The Position

The Commercial Lines Account Manager supports the sales of commercial insurance and provides service to commercial insurance customers. The role handles account changes, updates, and value-added services, manages a diverse book of house accounts, and supports designated sales staff. The position is full-time and onsite. Insurance experience and an active Property & Casualty license are required.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Insurance experience; one year of insurance experience is required.
• Ability to manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak and write clearly and calmly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to plan and operate in an organized manner.
• Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Answer clients’ questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
• Support designated sales staff.
• Review and respond to renewal activities.
• Follow up and see tasks through to completion.
