About The Position
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines account management, with the ability to handle accounts from start to finish. Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, with a proven track record of handling accounts independently.
- Ability to manage accounts "soup to nuts" without additional CSR support.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Familiarity with a wide range of account types, including small business units.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, handling all aspects of account management from A to Z.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a generalist approach, working with a variety of accounts, including restaurants, contractors, and small businesses (excluding trucking).
