Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts while delivering exceptional service to clients. Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including General Liability, Commercial Property, BOP, Workers' Compensation, and Commercial Auto.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
A commitment to fostering a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, or HawkSoft is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Provide expert advice on commercial lines products, including General Liability, Commercial Property, BOP, Workers' Compensation, and Commercial Auto.
Collaborate with producers and support staff to quote new and renewal business.
Utilize agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft) to maintain accurate client records and streamline workflows.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date guidance.
Handle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
