As an entry-level Commercial Lines Account Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting Account Managers, Account Executives, and Risk Consultants with the servicing of assigned Healthcare accounts in accordance with the practices, policies, and procedures of the Company. This role involves coordinating the servicing of assigned accounts, entering data into insurance company automation systems, and providing support on pre-renewal processes. You will handle correspondence, perform clerical processing of accounts, and process certificate of insurance requests. Additionally, you will help track cancellations/reinstatements, develop familiarity with all forms and paperwork, and conduct business professionally with a willingness to learn. Key tasks include preparing invoices, transmittals, ID cards, certificates of insurance, binders, and cancellation forms, as well as reviewing and processing change requests in the broker management system. You will also prepare policies for checking and delivery, maintain an accurate suspense system, and handle scanning/electronic filing of communications and documents. Inputting and maintaining data on account management systems and ancillary systems is also a core responsibility, along with other duties assigned by the Account Manager and adherence to HUB Broker Standards.
