About The Position
Stones River Electric is seeking a skilled Commercial Lighting Bucket Electrician to support its growing national operations. This role involves troubleshooting, performing service, repair, and maintenance on lighting and electrical systems in various commercial environments such as retail, office, industrial, and hospitality facilities. The position requires the ability to work independently, manage workload in the field, and travel as needed, including out-of-town and overnight stays. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-sufficient, and takes ownership of their work with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Experience operating and maintaining a bucket truck
- Experience with commercial lighting systems and repairs
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed, including overnight stays
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload in the field
- Comfortable using basic technology (iPad, etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR
Nice To Haves
- Experience with equipment hauling preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose lighting and electrical issues.
