The position also requires overseeing the preparation of legal documents for loan closings, monitoring risk in the loan portfolio, and managing collateral and documentation exceptions. Additionally, the role involves interacting with operational and technical areas to resolve problems, participating in community organizations, and completing all mandatory training, including BSA and Anti-Money Laundering procedures, while maintaining compliance with all rules and regulations. Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement.
