About The Position

This is a dynamic, results-driven professional role focused on building strong client relationships and driving business growth. The Commercial Lending Relationship Manager II will be responsible for selling loans and a wide range of financial products to commercial clients. This client-facing position involves actively engaging with businesses in the community to identify financial needs and opportunities. The role also includes collaborating with experienced Commercial Lending leaders on larger and more complex loan transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Expanding and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio by building strong client relationships, managing delinquency, and achieving sales goals through an annual market development plan.
  • Conducting detailed financial analyses to assess loan feasibility, collaborating with the Credit Department, and advising clients on financial strategies.
  • Approving loans within authority limits and preparing comprehensive referrals for committee approvals, ensuring potential risks are identified.
  • Performing regular portfolio reviews, updating client financials, and monitoring delinquency to maintain quality metrics.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to promote cross-selling opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the commercial lending team.
