Requirements

  • Extensive experience navigating complex commercial and technology agreements.
  • Proven ability to simplify complexity and negotiate clear, strategic outcomes.
  • Strong judgement across intellectual property, security, privacy and commercial risk.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and lead with clarity.
  • Considerable experience shaping processes, frameworks, and scalable legal operations.
  • Confidence with collaboration tools and contract management systems.
  • Must hold valid right to work in the United States.
