Requirements

Extensive experience navigating complex commercial and technology agreements.
Proven ability to simplify complexity and negotiate clear, strategic outcomes.
Strong judgement across intellectual property, security, privacy and commercial risk.
Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and lead with clarity.
Considerable experience shaping processes, frameworks, and scalable legal operations.
Confidence with collaboration tools and contract management systems.
Must hold valid right to work in the United States.
