About The Position
We are seeking a Commercial Lead Setter to generate and qualify appointments with commercial prospects for our sales team. This is a remote, commission-only role focused on outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
Requirements
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to commercial prospects, including property managers, facility managers, and property management companies
- Qualify decision-makers and schedule appointments for the commercial sales team
- Maintain accurate records of activity and outcomes in the CRM
- Follow up on and nurture warm leads
