About The Position

Phillips Home Improvements of Allen, TX is seeking a dynamic individual ready to lead our Appointment Setting Team. We are seeking an energetic influencer for our Inside Sales/Call Center poised to help us create opportunities for the Outside Sales Team to assist homeowners in renewing their homes with our expert painting, roofing, siding, windows and garage floor coatings! This role requires someone who drives results, thrives on challenge, is confident with scripting, possesses great leadership and training skills, and is able to interpret, communicate, and help a team produce key metrics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Call Center Experience.
  • 1+ year of leading an Appointment Setting Call Center.
  • Natural leadership and excellent phone skills.
  • Ability to follow a script.
  • Ability to measure, interpret, and hold a team accountable for Call Center metrics.
  • High school graduate; some college preferred.
  • Must pass background and drug test.
  • Wear a uniform and exhibit professional presence every day.
  • Dependable transportation, attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Appointment Setting Team.
  • Create opportunities for the Outside Sales Team.
  • Assist homeowners in renewing their homes with expert painting, roofing, siding, windows and garage floor coatings.
  • Follow, train, and champion a script.
  • Measure, interpret, and communicate Call Center metrics.
  • Inspect what is expected.
  • WOW customers on the phone.
  • Promote the company online.
  • Undertake activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, etc.
  • Work with a sense of urgency to serve clients, other team members, and to generally get the job done.
  • Maintain appointment schedules and open slots up to the minute.
  • Prevent low percentage appointments from clogging high percentage opportunities.
  • Master assigned scripts and work at an acceptable pace.
  • Maintain accurate database information.
  • Minimize the cancellation rate.
  • Maximize lead/issue quality.
  • Maintain or surpass a Quarterly Sit to Set Ratio.
  • Maximize the AIP (Two-Party) Appointment Rate.
  • Provide ongoing training and management of Call Center staff.
