About The Position

tdgFacilities is looking for a full-time, year-round Commercial Landscape Crew Foreman to help support our grounds operations in the Greater Cincinnati area. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a great attitude combined with a commitment to excellence. Qualified applicants will have the opportunity to leave general grounds services, landscaping projects, winter snow services, and seasonal services throughout the year. You will be supported by a strong operational leader, and an operations team based out of our Sharonville, Ohio office.

Requirements

Landscape/Lawn Maintenance experience.
Keen eye for detail, organized, and great attitude.
Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
Valid driver's license.
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
Effective communication skills.
Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing a crew preferred.
Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

Hands-on managing a commercial landscape/lawn maintenance crew in weekly lawn maintenance of dedicated route, mulching, plant and flower install, weeding flowerbeds, trimming bushes and/or trees to maintain neat appearance and desired shape, shoveling/plowing and clearing icy exterior walkways and parking lots during wintry weather, preparing grounds for seasonal changes, while working outside in all types of weather
Inspect exterior of each property and grounds
Safely and properly operate/maintain equipment and tools. Including, gas-powered equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers.
Responsible for using phone/tablet to complete site inspections, enter crew’s time and material into work order system.
Other tasks assigned.
