About The Position
Advanced Fryer Solutions is seeking two dependable, hardworking Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians to join our growing Buffalo team immediately. In this mobile, route-based position, you'll service commercial kitchens throughout the Greater Buffalo area, helping restaurants operate cleaner, safer, and more efficiently through fryer oil filtration, fryer maintenance, and oil management services. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, driving throughout your territory, and providing great customer service, this could be the perfect fit. No industry experience? No problem. We provide paid training and all the tools needed for success.
Requirements
- Must live in the Greater Buffalo area.
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 45 pounds.
- Ability to work overnight and early morning schedules.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities
- Drive a company-provided vehicle on an established route throughout the Greater Buffalo area.
- Service commercial kitchen fryers and oil management systems.
- Perform fryer oil filtration and preventative fryer maintenance.
- Safely remove and transport used cooking oil.
- Operate specialized filtration and cleaning equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records using company mobile applications.
- Build positive relationships with restaurant staff and customers.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operating standards.
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment.
- Represent Filta professionally at every customer location.
