Requirements

Must have valid Driver License
Must have insurable Driving record
Proven experience as a service technician, preferably in the kitchen equipment or appliance repair industry.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and assembly.
A valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with refrigeration systems and HVAC principles is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair hot side kitchen appliances and equipment.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with repairs.
Utilize field service tools and techniques to perform repairs in various settings, including restaurants and commercial kitchens.
Operate a box truck for the delivery of parts or equipment as needed.
Assist in the assembly of new kitchen equipment upon delivery.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
