Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 2 years preferred experience.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing organization.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and emailing, to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, including construction, IT, and automotive.
Develop tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction.
Quote and write new business policies, as well as manage renewals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Travel to meet with clients as required.
