About The Position
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Producer to join a growing team. This role is focused on driving sales and building strong client relationships across all lines of business, with a focus on mid-to-large market accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in independent sales and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in independent sales, preferably within the commercial insurance industry
- Proven ability to manage and grow mid-to-large market accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
