About The Position
We are looking for a Commercial Insurance Broker (Client Service Representative) to join our Sports team in our Montreal office! As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for working with the Client Service Manager to achieve company goals and provide quality service to customers, colleagues, and insurers. Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance brokerage.
- Commercial insurance broker's license issued by the AMF.
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English as the candidate will be required to interact in English with stakeholders (colleagues and clients) outside Quebec.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Collect and review underwriting information from clients.
- Issue and format insurance submissions and client presentations.
- Translate and review documentation.
- Prepare invoicing instructions.
- Respond to clients on insurance certificate requests.
- Follow up and review policies, endorsements, and invoices.
- Organize and track deliverables and deadlines for the EPIC team.
