About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This position has opened due to departmental restructuring and offers an exciting opportunity to work with contractors and small to middle-market accounts. The ideal candidate will support Account Managers (AMs) by handling service-related tasks, assisting with renewals, and learning to market simple accounts. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of commercial lines department.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in AMS360 software is a must.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process certificates, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Assist with renewals and obtain quotes for clients.
• Provide basic service-related support to clients.
• Support 3-4 Account Managers on the owner’s book of business, which includes accounts ranging from $5,000 to $500,000.
• Learn and assist in marketing simple accounts.
• Utilize AMS360 software for daily tasks and account management.
