Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager
About The Position
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, particularly those with expertise in large, complex, multi-line, and multi-location accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with the large account team to manage a book of business that leans heavily toward real estate accounts. Requirements
- 2–5 years in a commercial lines account management role, with a focus on large, complex accounts.
- Proficiency in Applied Epic software is required.
- Experience with real estate and LRO (Lessors Risk Only) accounts is required.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Strong service orientation, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business focused on large, complex real estate accounts (500k+ in size).
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with a detail-driven approach.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Collaborate with the large account team and servicing support staff to deliver tailored risk management solutions.
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.
