About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role focuses on managing accounts within the Recreation Book of Business, which includes clients in the amusement and family entertainment industries. The ideal candidate will bring a positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an independent insurance agency.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Proficiency in ImageRight and Sagitta software preferred.
- Positive, "glass half full" attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to see the positive in challenging situations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service accounts within the Recreation Book of Business, including amusement parks, family fun centers, fairs, festivals, and more.
- Quote new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize ImageRight and Sagitta software to manage client accounts and documentation.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and colleagues.
