This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including contractors, hospitality, real estate, and non-profits, with account sizes ranging from $50,000 to $500,000. Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in middle-market commercial lines account management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Nice To Haves

Experience with EPIC software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business with approximately $500,000 in revenue and a variety of accounts.
Provide full-service account management, including policy renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day client support.
Collaborate with multiple producers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Quote new and renewal business as required.
Maintain accurate records and documentation using EPIC software.
Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and team members to address inquiries and resolve issues.
