Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Handle all aspects of account servicing, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to clients' unique insurance needs, with a focus on agriculture and other industries such as churches, restaurants, manufacturing, and trucking.
Utilize the Nexsure management system to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
