About The Position
Established agency seeking to hire a Remote Commercial Lines Account Manager with experience working with large, complex commercial accounts. This role involves managing a book of business, servicing existing clients, and working with sales staff to optimize client relationships and protect their businesses. The position also includes responsibilities related to policy review, endorsements, invoicing, and marketing new and renewal business.
Requirements
- 6+ Years working with large market accounts in agency or broker environment with Florida market experience
- Active 2-20 license
- Ability to multitask
- Experienced with Epic agency management system strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Full knowledge of insurance products and usages
- Advise and consult with clients regarding their insurance coverages
- Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
- Maintain accounts in accordance with organizational guidelines
- Service and monitor account activity
- Call existing insured to complement or “round out” accounts
- Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client’s business
- Perform special projects as directed by the VP, Commercial Lines
- Review policies and coverage for accuracy and rating calculations
- Process endorsements, placement requests and invoicing
- Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries and reviews
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with partners, carriers, and vendors
- Responsible for marketing process & quoting new and renewal business
