Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Hybrid
About The Position
Seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and servicing a book of business (BoB) that includes a diverse range of accounts such as educational institutions, manufacturing companies, credit unions, banks, and properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage renewals and remarketing independently. Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is required.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and the ability to handle large-market accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Must reside in Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business (BoB) with accounts exceeding $100,000 in premium.
- Collaborate with producers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including renewals, remarketing, and client communication.
- Provide expert guidance on coverage options and policy details to clients.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline workflows.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
