The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a thorough understanding of insurance brokerage and client needs, particularly within the trucking industry. This role is primarily remote, with candidates expected to be in the Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) time zones. While remote, individuals within a 50-mile radius of a branch may be required to work onsite in a hybrid capacity. A dedicated, distraction-free workspace is necessary for remote work, and remote work is not a substitute for personal responsibilities during working hours.
