Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- 5-10+ years of experience in an independent insurance agency
- Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, and client-focused
- Candidates must be based in the Phoenix area; hybrid or remote work arrangements are negotiable
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business from A-Z, focusing on accounts under $15,000 in premium
- Service and retain existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Quote new and renewal business as needed
- Collaborate with team members and leverage carrier resources to provide exceptional service
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using AMS360 software
