About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager/Account Assistant to join a growing team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to manage a diverse portfolio of small business accounts, providing exceptional service and support. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with initial onsite training followed by a flexible remote work arrangement.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency setting, with a focus on commercial lines.
Proficiency in EPIC software strongly preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

Additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business worth approximately $5 million in premium, primarily consisting of small business accounts.
Provide A-Z servicing for accounts, including new business (90%) and renewal business (10%).
Collaborate with other Account Managers to ensure seamless client support.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Assist with policy changes, endorsements, and claims processing as needed.
Support the team in achieving growth objectives and contributing to the agency's long-term goals.
