About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Executive/Placement Specialist to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial lines, a strong understanding of insurance applications for both large and small businesses, and a proven ability to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the preparation and review of insurance documents.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Minimum of 5 years of commercial lines experience, including completing applications for both large and small businesses.
Experience with generalist commercial accounts such as real estate, contractors, and more.
Familiarity with accounts up to $1 million, with an average size of $50,000.
Proficiency in AMS360 software is required.
Strong ability to audit and ensure the accuracy of applications and quotes.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review renewal applications for commercial lines accounts (approximately 80% of daily tasks).
Send out quotes for new and renewal business (approximately 20% of daily tasks).
Audit accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness before applications and quotes are finalized.
Serve as the last line of defense to ensure all documentation meets company and carrier standards.
Collaborate with carriers such as Hanover, Safety, CHUBB, Hagerty, Concord Group, Foremost, The Hartford, and Openly.
