Requirements

Prior commercial garage door experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
Ability to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods
Ability to work in heat, cold, and non–climate-controlled environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow established processes
Reliability and professionalism

Responsibilities

Repairing, installing, and servicing garage door systems on-site at customer locations.
Service and repair commercial and residential garage doors, operators, rolling steel doors, sectional doors, springs, and hardware.
Install new doors, operators, and commercial-grade systems safely and efficiently.
Clearly explain repair options, preventative solutions, and completed work to customers.
Present solutions and collect payment using a proven good/better/best model.
Maintain tools, parts, and inventory in the company vehicle.
