About The Position
ReBath, the nation's largest bathroom remodeling company, is seeking motivated Apprentice Installers for an entry-level position in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full-time, W-2 employee role where you will work directly under a Lead Installer to learn the specialized skills required to become a Master Remodeler. The company offers paid training in plumbing, carpentry, and bathroom installation, providing stability with a consistent schedule and a clear path to career advancement and higher earnings. Future Lead Installers can expect to earn $72K - $100K+.
Requirements
- Some construction knowledge, including the ability to use basic power tools and a tape measure.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and readiness to work hard.
- Professionalism, politeness, a clean appearance, and customer focus.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Installer with demolition, site prep, and the installation of high-end bathroom systems.
- Gain hands-on experience in trim carpentry, light plumbing, and bathroom fixtures.
- Help manage tools, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and provide top-notch service to homeowners.
- Learn and follow the ReBath 'Way' for bathroom remodeling.
