About The Position

This is a full-time position where you will work alongside experienced installers on job sites, learning the HVAC trade. The role involves assisting in the proper installation of various equipment including Heat Pumps, Air Conditioners, Ducting, Venting, and Furnaces. The company emphasizes doing things the right way and will provide training on proper installation techniques to meet code requirements. They are committed to educating apprentices to accumulate the necessary hours, training, and licensing for the trade. This is a physical job requiring manual dexterity and the ability to perform tasks such as lifting, working with tools and equipment, and working in various environments like attics, garages, mechanical rooms, and crawlspaces, both indoors and outdoors. Compensation will be based on experience, certifications, and licensing. Requirements

Willingness to learn the HVAC trade.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting.
Ability to work with tools and equipment.
Ability to work on ladders, in attics, garages, mechanical rooms, and crawlspaces.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
Must be excited about starting a career in HVAC.

Responsibilities

Assist experienced installers on job sites.
