The Commercial Insights Analyst will develop and maintain trusted data assets and reporting solutions that serve as a single source of truth for ICD’s key financial performance metrics, forecast indicators, customer and channel insights, product portfolio performance, and operational service benchmarks. A key deliverable for this role is the creation and ongoing enhancement of a unified self-service analytics hub for Product Managers (PMs), Product Line Managers (PLMs), Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Sales Operations, and division leadership. This role will also support and advance ICD’s AI data readiness by establishing and maintaining the data, knowledge management, governance, and documentation practices required for effective use of enterprise AI capabilities. Responsibilities include managing commercial data structures, SharePoint knowledge sources, semantic models, metadata, and other foundational assets to enable the safe and effective use of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power BI, GitHub Copilot, and related Microsoft technologies in support of sales enablement, portfolio growth, customer responsiveness, productivity improvements, and data-driven decision-making.
