This role involves managing inbound inquiries, engaging existing customers, and driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling fiber services. The representative will play a key role in helping customers understand the value of the services and contribute to company growth through strong sales performance and relationship building. The day-to-day involves reviewing the pipeline, connecting with customers, handling inbound calls, presenting solutions, closing sales, making outbound calls to existing customers for upgrades and renewals, updating the CRM, tracking progress, and collaborating with the team.
