About The Position

At CFS Brands, we're redefining what Inside Sales looks like. This isn't a transactional role focused on processing quotes or entering orders. As a Commercial Inside Sales Manager, you'll become a strategic partner to our Regional Sales Directors and Strategic Account Directors, helping uncover new opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable growth across key accounts. Whether supporting our Foodservice or Hygiene division, you'll play a critical role in helping customers succeed while shaping the future of our commercial organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in inside sales, account management, business development, or strategic customer support.
• Experience working with B2B customers through distributor or dealer channels.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, foodservice, hygiene, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of your customers, their businesses, buying behaviors, and competitive landscape.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, category expansion, product conversions, and portfolio growth.
• Partner with Regional Sales Directors and Strategic Account Directors to execute account plans and commercial initiatives.
• Support strategic pricing, contract programs, and growth opportunities.
• Manage customer opportunities from initial discovery through execution.
• Use sales data and market insights to identify trends, risks, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Pricing, Marketing, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Operations to deliver outstanding customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM opportunities, pipeline visibility, and forecasting information.
