The Commercial Innovation Manager will play a critical role in shaping and advancing the U.S. innovation agenda across Philip Morris International’s smoke-free portfolio, including Oral Nicotine (ZYN) and Inhalable (IQOS). Reporting into the Director of U.S. Commercial Innovation, this role will sit at the nexus of consumer insight, product strategy, financial rigor, and technological advancement—helping to build and activate innovation pipelines and portfolio structures that drive sustainable long-term growth. This is a highly visible, high-impact role for a strategic thinker and builder—someone who can translate deep consumer understanding into compelling innovation strategies, develop robust business cases, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, complex, global organization.
