About The Position

This field-based role involves handling service calls, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems across multiple sites. Technicians will diagnose issues and restore systems to operational status. The work involves a variety of equipment, including walk-ins, reach-ins, display cases, ice machines, refrigeration systems with integrated controls, and larger or more complex systems as experience grows. The role offers consistent work, solid pay, and opportunities for long-term career building, with a focus on independent problem-solving and a busy, non-micromanaged environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration
• Ability to troubleshoot and think independently in the field
• EPA Universal Certification
• A solid work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities

• Handle service calls, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose issues and get systems back up and running.
• Work on walk-ins, reach-ins, and display cases.
• Service ice machines and similar equipment.
• Maintain refrigeration systems with integrated controls.
• Work on larger or more complex systems as experience grows.

• Strong hourly compensation: $35–$60/hour based on experience + up to 20+ hrs of OT per week
• Total comp ~$125k to $180k+/yr
