About The Position

Frank Gay Commercial Services is hiring an experienced Commercial HVACR Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. The technician will work on rooftop units, large 30-ton split systems, chilled water systems, and cooling towers, as well as HVAC electrical and controls involving high and low voltage. The role emphasizes effective problem-solving, strong customer service, and clear communication with clients. The technician must attend periodic manufacturer training, be available for on-call duty as required, and participate in safety training while following all safety policies and procedures. The pay range is $30–$35 per hour.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of HVAC/R experience.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Strong HVAC electrical aptitude and technical ability.
Universal EPA certification.

Nice To Haves

Experience with BAS and DDC controls.

Responsibilities
