Requirements

3–6 years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
EPA Certification
Ability to work independently and remotely
Willingness to travel occasionally for training, meetings, or events
Compliance with environmental, health, safety, and fire protection standards
Flexibility for overtime and travel as needed
Must pass enhanced security clearance, drug screening, background check, and driver’s license verification

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled maintenance, service requests, repairs, and equipment replacements
Install and service HVAC systems and ice machines
Conduct preventative maintenance and recommend repairs
Troubleshoot and assess commercial HVAC systems
Respond promptly to emergency service calls
Provide facility condition assessments and recommend improvements
Assist with facility-related projects
Collaborate with dispatchers, coordinators, supervisors, and technical teams
Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Complete paperwork accurately and on time
Deliver excellent customer service
Work independently with minimal supervision

Benefits

Hourly Rate: $30–$42/hour ($62,400–$87,360 annually)
On-Call Pay: $150 per scheduled on-call shift
Paid Time Off: Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure
Paid Holidays: 7 annually (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas)
