About The Position
Cool Willy's is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technician to join our growing team in Tucson, Arizona. If you’re a skilled technician who thrives in commercial environments and takes pride in solving complex refrigeration and HVAC challenges, we want to talk to you. As a Commercial Technician, you will service, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. You’ll work independently or with a team to deliver high-quality service to our commercial clients while maintaining safety, professionalism, and efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of commercial HVAC/R experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with refrigeration and low-temp systems
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work in commercial/industrial environments
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Must be able to pass preemployment drug screen, background check and MVR
Responsibilities
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including Chillers, VRF / VRV systems, Walk-in coolers & walk-in freezers, Refrigerated warehouses, Low-temperature refrigeration applications, Mini-split systems, Packaged & split systems, Reach-in coolers, Ice machines, Draft & beer systems, and Restaurant exhaust hoods.
- Work independently or with a team to deliver high-quality service to commercial clients.
- Maintain safety, professionalism, and efficiency.
