About The Position

SSH Facilities, a family-owned and operated, locally run full-service HVAC and Building Services Company serving Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington D.C. with offices in West Chester and Coatesville, PA, has an exciting opportunity for a HVAC Technician who wants to join a family-first team. This role is for an HVAC Service Technician needed to become part of a positive family-oriented team. No sales are required for this position.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all aspects of COMMERCIAL HVAC, including EPA Certification
• Possess a set of basic hand tools
• Must possess a hardworking, dependable, and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Clean driving record, criminal record and the ability to pass a drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Computer, phone, and written skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components.
• Complete all work orders with accurate documentation and notes promptly
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement).
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment in service vehicles.
• Clearly maintain regular communication with dispatch
