Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Requirements
- Possess outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC Service, troubleshooting, and repair experience.
- Must have a current HVAC and EPA License.
- Basic computer skills to use CMMS software to complete work orders, and the ability to complete required safety classes.
- Personal hand tools.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen before employment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system failures in commercial units like rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance on controls, pumps, heating, ventilation, and related equipment.
- Ability to diagnose causes of problems and/or failures in the commercial heating/air conditioning system for system repair and/or replacement needs.
- Test and calibrate electronic HVAC and building environmental controls to ensure equipment functions properly.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including those outside regular business hours.
- Log service reports, track parts used, and complete CMMS digital work orders using a mobile device.
- Additional Duties as assigned.
