Requirements

Holds a Universal EPA Certification
2+ years of HVAC service experience
EPA Certification
Ability to regularly lift 50–100 lbs.
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, on rooftops, and on ladders
A valid driver's license is required.
Applicants must provide a recent DMV Safe Driving Record demonstrating safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

Remove and install HVAC parts and systems
Efficiently troubleshoot and repair commercial mechanical systems up to 50 tons
Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration systems
Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
Prepare accurate repair estimates
Educate customers on HVAC systems, repair options, and recommendations
Mentor and train junior technicians
Build positive relationships through clear, professional communication with customers
Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes and safety standards
Assist with additional duties as assigned to support business needs
