Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Commercial HVAC service experience
• Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated team player committed to quality workmanship

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every job site
• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
• Communicate recommendations and solutions clearly with customers
